Hey! So I'm doing an article about the Hipster subculture. First of all, I'm huge on studying subcultures which is partly why I wanted to write the article. I just think it's really interesting how different stereotypes have almost a completely different view on what's "normal" and what's not. Plus, Athens (mostly because of the colleges) is practically a Hipster haven. It was really easy for me to find some and ask a few questions. I'm probably going to get some more quotes, maybe tomorrow? But so far getting quotes has been fun and everyone's been so nice! These girls who were working at a boutique even played a song for me called "Hipster Girl" by MC Lars to help me "understand." I'm currently working on my first draft, and hopefully it'll make ya guys laugh. :)
