Hey again! Myself and Endia both chose to work on music trends,whoop whooop! The reasons why I picked this topic are because I genuinely have an interest in music and I have my own personally opinion on the state of music today. So when I started the interview process I was very curious to hear other perspectives on how they think music is evolving.
Yesterday Endia and I ventured to Downtown Athens on a mission and I think it's safe to say that our mission was successfully accomplished. I have no shame in going up to random strangers and introducing myself which is a pretty important factor in being a journalist. In all, we interviewed five people and all of them had very different opinions which was interesting to hear. I felt like a true reporter going out on the town investigating my story. Despite the hot sun, the sweat, my feet throbbing, and a couple of rude people (the two men who didn't want us to interview them) it was such a memorable and fun experience. I hope we finish it all by Wednesday (yikes!) but I'm not stressing about it too much just because I have worked with deadlines before and I never fail to accomplish them
